Phil brings a diverse background in aerospace and a lifelong passion for rockets to his role as airport manager. For over two decades, he has refined his skills in engineering, operations, and project management, with a specialization in new product development and establishing manufacturing relationships.

As a co-founder and Operations Manager for Exos Aerospace Systems & Technologies, Inc., Phil led the development of reusable launch vehicles. He has extensive experience interfacing with the FAA and AST on regulatory issues, waivers, and launch permits. This expertise provides him with a unique perspective on navigating federal regulations to streamline airport operations and funding requirements.

In his personal time, Phil enjoys working on projects with his son and building fireworks with the local pyrotechnics club.
